The consultation concerns the removal and treatment of fly ash from a biomass cogeneration plant at Gellainville (28630).

The plant produces 1,200 tonnes per year of asbestos ash and 200 tonnes per year of fly ash derived from Class A and Class B wood. The services include transportation as well as treatment by storage or recovery of two types of ash.
