The following security services are tendered for the construction site of the new Clinic am Eichert:
- Clinic: closing service & district maturity, daily Mon - Sat and night Mon - Sun
- Medical Center : Closing service & district maturity, daily Mon - Sat and night Mon - Sun
- Access control Mon - Fri 5:30 am - 8 pm, Sat 5:30 am - 6 pm
The following services are optionally awarded:
- Locking service & overall patrol security during commissioning of the clinic
- Individual controls
- Delivery of construction locking cylinders
The following security services are tendered for the construction site of the new Clinic am Eichert:
1.) Clinic - Closing service & patrol, daily Mon - Sat and night Mon.-Sun., approx. 41 weeks
- opening and closing the construction site before or after the standard working hours of Mon.-Sun.
- 1x daily inspection in the building
- Control of the implementation of the construction site regulations including the Covid-19 concept
- 1x daily inspection of construction fence
- Parkverbotskontrolle
- Control of the outer skin incl. closure control from 8 pm
- 1x nightly inspection in the building
- 1x nocturnal inspection of the construction fence
2.) Medical center - locking service & district patrol, daily Mon - Sat and night Mon.-Sun. , approx. 5 weeks
- opening and closing the construction site before or after the standard working hours of Mon.-Sun.
- 1x daily inspection in the building
- Control of the implementation of the construction site regulations including the Covid-19 concept
- 1x daily inspection of construction fence
- Parkverbotskontrolle
- Control of the outer skin incl. closure control from 8 pm
- 1x nightly inspection in the building
- 1x nocturnal inspection of the construction fence
3.) Access control, approx. 41 weeks
- Entrance controls construction site in the time from Mon - Fri. 5:30 - 20 o'clock and Sat. 5:30 - 18 o'clock
- Receipt of small deliveries of goods (parcels)

- Creation of a security concept for the buildings
- Closing tour of approx. 30 minutes Mon - Sat.
- Entrance and exit controls at the buildings
- Control of the outer skin
5.) Individual inspection rounds 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., approx. 1350 hours
- Inspection in the building
- Closure control of individual rooms
6.) Individual inspection rounds 8-6 p.m., approx. 400 hours
