The purpose of this European public tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one Contractor who is responsible for the management and maintenance of the electrical installations in and around objects of the municipality of Edam-Volendam.

The scope of the contract concerns 42 buildings with a total GFA of approximately 41,500 m2. It is possible that during the term of the contract it will be decided that changes and/or extensions and/or reductions are required with regard to the number of buildings and/or installations. An indication of the scope of the assignment is approx. € 125,000 excl. VAT per year. Of which € 50,000 is preventive and corrective maintenance. No rights can be derived from this amount.
