The subject of the contract is the delivery with installation, implementation and launch of the complete HIS application (RIS, PACS, EDM HL7) as well as the delivery of the necessary equipment and extension of the existing ICT network. Details and functional parameters are included in the "Detailed Description of the Object of the Contract" constituting Annex 6 to the ToR. This purchase is an element of implementation by the Employer of the Project "Improving the quality and accessibility of obstetrics and neonatology services at the University Medical Center for Women and Newborn Health of the Medical University of Warsaw" no. POIS.09.02.00-00-0060 / 17.
The subject of the order includes elements described in detail in Annex 6 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract includes *:
a. Delivery and commissioning of the latest application software modules in part broken down into modules described in Table 3.
b. The functional scope of individual modules is described in point III of this Annex.
c. Expanding the HIS system with the modules described in point III of this Annex.
d. The functional scope of individual modules is described in point IV of this Annex.
e. Granting an indefinite license for network use of the offered application software together with the guarantee and author's supervision.
f. Integration of the offered software with the ERP administration system owned by the Employer. The scope of integration is described in point VI.
g. Supply of the diagnostic imaging system (PACS) together with its integration with the extended HIS system. The scope of integration is described in point VII.
h. Integration of the offered HIS software with the ALAB laboratory system. The scope of integration is described in point VIII.
i. Purchase and delivery of database software.
j. The functional scope is described in point V of this annex.
k. Conducting e-learning training for users. The scope and principles of training are described in point X.
l. Purchase and delivery of hardware infrastructure to the extent described in point XIV

In the case of appearing in the tender documentation terms referring directly to standards, approvals, certificates, trademark, patent and designation of origin, they are used to determine the minimum technical and quality features. The Awarding Entity allows submission of equivalent bids using materials and elements other than those specified in the tender documentation, provided that the materials and elements proposed have technical and quality (technological) parameters no worse than those presented in the tender documentation and have certificates and approvals. equivalent to those indicated in the tender documentation. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not worse than those required but contained in the documentation. In accordance with art. 30 paragraph 5 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is required to demonstrate that the equipment and devices offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer. To confirm that the supplies and services offered by the contractor meet the requirements specified by the Employer, the Contractor must attach folders, technical data, certificates or declarations of conformity of this equipment or equipment to the offer in order for the Employer to check whether they meet the requirements set out in the tender documentation . The equipment and equivalent equipment offered must meet the quality requirements of the equipment or equipment described in the tender documentation.
The contractor will provide a minimum 24-month warranty for the supplied equipment and application software from the date of signing by the parties of the final acceptance and acceptance report.
