The purpose of this tender is to engage a facilities management company to provide a wide range of preventative and responsive maintenance services including (ad-hoc) additional maintenance and facility services at the Eurofound premises.
This tender is split into 2 parts reflecting the way in which different services are provided and their nature. Due to the dual nature of the service to be provided successful tenderers will be awarded with 2 following contracts:
Part 1: Scheduled services – preventative maintenance (direct contract).
Part 2: Additional (ad-hoc) Services and responsive maintenance (FWC contract).
Part 1 refers to scheduled services focused on preventive maintenance. This part embraces services of a recurring nature which will be scheduled throughout the year. For these services a direct service contract will be awarded. Part 2 refers to ad hoc services. This mainly includes services with a less than annual frequency and services where the exact volume is not known in advance. For these services a framework service contract will be awarded. Services may then be requested by Eurofound ad-hoc and have to be provided by the contractor in addition to the scheduled ones.
