The purpose of this contract is the provision of services for the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance of the technical installations of the building of the Social Security Organizations, located at 26 avenue Robert Schuman in Mulhouse. The contract is in the form of a mixed contract: - an ordinary contract for the flat-rate and global part relating to recurring maintenance services, - a framework agreement executed as and when purchase orders are issued for non-package services (according to the provisions of Article R2162-2 of the Public Order Code). The purchase order part of the contract is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount specific to each lot (details in the RC, article 2.2.1)
