The tender is the procurement of the hardware for the patient data management system ("PDMS") to be implemented for the intensive care units of the Ostalb hospitals, which is funded by the KHZG.

The commissioning, first- and second-level support as well as the operation of the components is not part of this tender and will be handled by the IT Infrastructure division

and subsequently operated by them.

The tender will be divided into 3 lots. The bidder is free to choose how many lots he wants to bid.

Lot 1: Bedside all-in-one PCs and administrative clients. In this lot, PCs are to be offered, which will be used in the patient rooms and on the wards.

Lot 2: Network switches. Network switches are to be offered in this lot. Currently, components from Alcatel and HP are used at the Ostalb clinics.

Preferably, 2 components from these companies are to be offered in lot. If this is not possible, training is required for the IT staff, which is provided by

to be offered and carried out by the Contractor.

Lot 3: Fastening systems. In this lot, fastening systems for the bedside PCs tendered in lot 1 are to be offered.
