The purpose of this consultation is to select service providers who will be entrusted with the provision of BFCGA training services to AFD Group agents.

The market is structured around two (2) technical lots:

Lot 1 - Generalist training: meets recurring needs on standard/current themes (framework agreement with purchase orders),

Lot 2 - Expert and tailor-made training: involve having particular technical expertise and/or knowledge of the countries of intervention of the group. For some courses, a complete design of the program is to be expected (important pedagogical engineering) (mixed framework agreement: purchase orders and subsequent contracts).

Service providers can respond to one or more batches.

As part of this contract, a group of orders was formed between the French Development Agency (including Proparco) and its subsidiary Expertise France.

The services covered by lot 1 meet recurring needs on standard and current themes.

The services covered by Lot 2 involve having particular technical expertise and/or knowledge of the group's countries of intervention. For some courses, a complete design of the program is to be expected (important pedagogical engineering).
