1. The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery to the headquarters of the Contracting Authority of exhibition materials promoting the European Funds Information Points and information and promotion regarding the regional program European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027, which will serve to build the European Funds brand, perform an educational and presentation function during trainings, events and meetings, as well as an information function at the European Funds Information Points in Malopolska.

3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right under this contract. The rules for exercising the option right by the Ordering Party are set out in Annex 1C to the SWZ – model contract.
4. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be entered into the contract on public procurement — the template of the contract and are annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).
5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to the SWZ and it will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract.
6. The contract is carried out within the framework co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development under the following programs: regional - European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 and Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 and the State Budget.
7. The estimated net value of the basic order is PLN 60,315.75.
8. The estimated value of the contract covered by the option right is PLN 60,315.75 net.
