Background

The client has had operational leasing for many years and wants to continue with that arrangement.

purpose

Framework agreements that allow for advantageous management of the vehicle fleet that is rational and economically optimal for the Group.

Extent

The procurement includes operational leasing of vehicles and administration of the Client's own vehicles.

Today, the Client's fleet is distributed as follows:

330 vehicles with operating leases are for passenger cars and light trucks

180 administration agreements refer to registered as unregistered vehicles such as trailers, off-road vehicles, forklifts, wheel loaders, aerial platforms and passenger cars and more.

The ceiling volume for the entire framework agreement period, including any extensions, is SEK 400,000,000.

The procurement covers ongoing needs of the Orderer within the contract area. For individual projects, the Orderer reserves the right to perform separate procurement.

During the term of the contract, changes may occur based on group decisions, changes in activity and more that may affect the need and volume.

No division of contract

The requester places great importance on obtaining a continuous comprehensive solution with a (1) Provider taking responsibility for the entire commitment. Therefore, the requester chooses not to split the contract.
