Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (GEM CSU) on behalf of Birmingham, Solihull & the Black Country NHS England Area Team are commissioning diabetic eye screening services and have the vision of a proactive, targeted integrated approach to the prevention, screening and referral of those with developed eye disease.
