The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel, i.e.; industrial and heating coke, heating and heating oil and wood pellets for boiler rooms administered by the 43rd Military Economic Division in Świętoszów. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the price form constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference (as to the part) and a description of the subject matter of the contract as Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference (as to the part), performance of the delivery in accordance with the provisions of the contract, Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference (as to the part). The Contracting Authority informs that it envisages the use of optional orders (option right), in accordance with the provisions of the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference. In Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference (price form), the Contracting Authority specifies the basic level of the contract, which may be extended by increasing the quantity to 50% of the value of the basic contract. The contractor carries out the fuel at its own expense and risk, transport, taxes, unloading, insurance and any other costs.
