A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be provided by the OPZ, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

(a) the preparation of all-day meals in the kitchen of the Contractor, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Act of 8 January 2010. (OJ No 21, item 105),

(b) the delivery of meals by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority,

(c) the delivery and distribution to individual wards (ward cookers) of all-day meals prepared by the Contractor in an amount of approximately 70,000 plus approximately 2,000 all-day meals for patients of the infectious department +/- 15% for the duration of the contract for all patients County Public Health Care Department in Rydułów and Wodzisław Śląski with its seat in Wodzisław Śląski, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski, 26 March 51.

In accordance with the obligation imposed on the Ordering Party to expand the bed base in case of an elevated emergency, we reserve the possibility of ordering 200 full 24-hour meals for the hospital in Wodzisław Śl. and 100 full round-the-clock meals for the hospital in Rydułtowy. This will only occur in extreme situations, occasionally, subst. Legal Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 27.06.2012 Journal of Laws 2012, item 741 and the Law on the Common Obligation to Defence of the Republic of Poland, Journal of Laws 2021, item 372 of late.

(d) receipt of dirty GN containers after separation of meals and washing them at the Contractor.

e) the provision of containers for post-consumer waste and the receipt of this waste with the simultaneous provision of new containers

(f) an average amount per patient's 1 full day meal will be used to settle the value of meals issued, with 100% of the value of the whole day meal being basic, easily digestible, diabetic and childhood diets.
