The subject of the contract is the performance of comprehensive service in the area of kompl. Troops. m.: Chorągiewka, Grupa, Toruń.

The contracting authority divided the order into three lots, i.e.

Part of the order No. 1 - Comprehensive service of heating systems in the military complex in Chorągiewka;

Part of the contract No. 2 - Comprehensive service of heating systems in the military complex in the town of Grupa;

Part of the order No. 3 - Comprehensive service of heating systems in the military complex in Toruń.

Comprehensive service (supervision over heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope – Annex 9 to SWZ) in the area of comp. Troops. in m. Flag:

a) oil boiler room in bud. No. 1 boiler Unical XC-K OIL 150 with a capacity of 134 kW seasonal,

b) oil boiler room in bud. No. 2 boiler Viessmann VITORONDENS 200-T with a capacity of 80 kW seasonal.

For seasonal boiler rooms, periodic inspections in the heating season, i.e. until 30.04, removal of failures and participation in inspections of the Military Technical Supervision throughout the term of the contract.

For the gas station, inspections once a quarter.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Comprehensive service (supervision over heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope – Annex 9 to SWZ) in the area of comp. Troops. in m. Group:

a) gas boiler room K-4 2 pcs. Viessmann VITOPLEX 200 boilers with a capacity of 560 kW each, seasonal,

b) gas boiler room K-5 2 pcs. Buderus Logano Plus KB372 boilers with a power of 70.8 kW each, seasonal,

c) gas gas reducing and measuring station supplying the K-4 boiler room,

d) pump mixing nodes with the weather control system in buildings supplied from the boiler room - 17 pieces seasonal).

For seasonal boiler rooms, periodic inspections in the heating season, i.e. until 30.04, removal of failures and participation in inspections of the Military Technical Supervision throughout the term of the contract.

For the gas station, inspections once a quarter.

a) central boiler room for solid water fuel in bud. No. 133 WR -2,5 boiler with a capacity of 2,91MW, 2 pcs. WR-5 boilers with a capacity of 5.8MW each,

b) I had a solid fuel boiler room fired in the bud. No. 12 KTM boiler with a capacity of 25kW, seasonal,

c) I had a solid fuel boiler room fired in bud. No. 9 KTM boiler with a power of 25kW, seasonal,

d) I had a solid fuel boiler room fired in the kennel. No. 118 KTM boiler with a power of 20kW, seasonal,

e) central heating nodes in buildings no.: 1; 182, 197, 156, 75, 49, 170, 86; 3, 96,124, 125, 131, 136, 137, 7, 59, 60, 61, 76, 101, 102, 104,

f) pre-insulated networks with a length of 1,667.7 b.b. and traditional networks with a length of 6,575.5 b.b.
