Lotteritilsynet (LS) (The Norwegian Gaming Authority) shall, in accordance with the Norwegian Lottery Act, be able to carry out draws for approved lotteries.

Currently we have a desktop client which employees in LS use to execute draws. This client shall be phased out, and we are looking for a new solution.

Our minimum requirement is to procure a system which can replace the existing desktop system. We also want to investigate the possibilities of having a system with expanded functionality delivered. This system includes digital self-service, so that the lotteries are given the possibility to perform draws on their own.

The contest therefore includes the following:

— Delivery of a basic system with sufficient functionality to replace our existing desktop system.

— Delivery of an expanded system for digital self service.
