The assignment concerns the whole of cleaning (daily, periodical, floor maintenance and window cleaning inside) at 21 of the 27 primary school locations of Education Foundation Arcade distributed in the municipalities of Coevorden and Hardenberg and the administrative office in Hardenberg. Six locations are not covered by the contract because this concerns locations with a "breed school construction", where the cleaning maintenance is not carried out by Education Foundation Arcade or because the concierge services of Larcom (social employment facility) are used.

Education foundation Arcade currently spends around EUR 250,000 (incl. VAT) annually on external cleaning services. This information is only indicative. No rights and / or obligations can be derived from this by the tenderers.
