The property departments in Hordaland County and Sogn og Fjordane County (the Contracting Authority) request tenders for a framework agreement involving consultancy services for the implementation of inspections of wage and work conditions, mainly related to building and construction works, but also for cleaning services and other service contracts where HFK finds basis for controlling the wage and work conditions.

HFK and SFFK are currently implementing numerous large construction projects and a lot of the activities are connected to these projects. The value of the contract is dependent of necessary scope and the frequency of the inspections. HFK estimates the contract value to be between 500 000 NOK-1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.

Other departments in the 2 counties are free to enter into the framework agreement if wanted. However, these departments are free to enter into own agreements.

From 1.1.2020 the contract will be continued on verbatim terms with Vestland County.
