Procurement of general contractor services

The subject of the process is general contractor services for the development of a new residential area “Oberer Dümmersberg” (approx. 18 ha), for the extension of the “Hohemadt” industrial park (approx. 12 ha) and for the construction of the road “Südspange” (length approx. 4 km) in Ochsenfurt including financing. As a general contractor, the contractor will limit itself to arranging, coordinating and monitoring the required construction, delivery and services and, moreover, will award all partial services to suitable subcontractors in its own name and on his own account. The access load lies with the city, whereby the KSO is responsible for the task of water supply and sanitation. For this reason, the city and KSO act as a community of clients for the development work, insofar as the work also includes water supply and sanitation.

The range of services of the order is divided into 6 stages:

— Stage 1 — Conducting an urban planning competition for the residential area “Upper Dümmersberg”

— stage 2 — development of urban planning within the meaning of § 11 (1) sentence 2 no. 1 BauGB,

— Level 3 — land acquisition and market analysis,

— stage 4 — development services within the meaning of § 11 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 bauGB,

— Level 5 — marketing and sale of the developed land,

— Level 6 — Construction services for urban facilities, open spaces and public facilities.
