The object of the service is the conception and implementation of a measure according to § 16 h SGB II to support young people aged 15 and under 25, who are characterized by complex individual problems and diverse barriers to placement and who have broken off contact with the funding system, do not know or reject the system. In addition, young people who are on SGB II benefits can also be supported, but who are also unable (anymore) to be reached (anymore) with low-threshold funding offers from SGB II through the support provided by the integration specialists of the job center and are thus at risk of being lost.
