The tender competition is for a framework agreement for extraordinary maintenance of the engine room, engines and propulsion system on Norway’s geological survey research vessel F/F SEISMA, built in 1985.

The tender must include:

Two (2) new engines, each of approx. 500 hp including steering, two (2) new propulsion systems with hull implementation, new trim plan, new exhaust system.

New system for regulation of gas and propeller pitch, new filter system for purification of diesel, new hydraulic pumps, new hydraulic tanks with cooling.

New electric 24 V system in the engine room and aft hold, moving of septic tanks.

New diesel pipes, new hydraulic pipes with deck guides, new lighting 220 v in machinery, removal of compressor and air ash, washing/painting of engine room, new engine room fan, fire alarm/extinguishing system, camera monitoring of the engine room and proposal for tank gauge systems for diesel and water.
