On the basis of this European public tender procedure, the Client aims to reach an agreement with one (1) or more Contractor(s), who can (or can) provide a high-quality service at the most attractive price possible for the Insurance of Construction Risks (CAR) of the Municipality of Apeldoorn.

The Client intends to conclude an agreement as of 1 January 2024, for the duration of three (3) years with the possibility of extending it three (3) times by one (1) year.

The size of the contract amounts to approximately € 68,000.00 per year excluding insurance tax based on the expected turnover and the current premium.

The amount mentioned is an indication, therefore no rights can be derived from the said amount.
