Construction of 66 (general) youth housing totaling 3,155 m2 in 2 buildings.

The concrete element delivery includes the supply of wall elements, cover elements, stair elements, beams and columns. Retail planning is included in accordance with BPS A 113 (specified in the tender letter and description).

The contract includes the supply of 66 prefabricated bathroom elements. The usual retail design thereof is included. Mounting is offered on an independent contract.

The contract includes the installation of all wall elements, deck elements, bath cabinets (66 pieces), stair elements, beams and columns.
