The subject of the proceedings is the procurement of OCR systems for various port locations of Duisburger Hafen AG for the recording of train and truck passages, as well as loading units on gantry cranes.
The procurement of the OCR systems is to be awarded in 3 separate lots at a fixed flat rate:
- Lot 1 (OCR system "Rail") includes an OCR system for the recording of train passages;
- Lot 2 (OCR system "ship") includes the OCR system for recording loading units on various gantry cranes;
- Lot 3 (OCR system "road") includes a roadside OCR system for the detection of truck passages.
The entire solution consisting of hardware and software must become the property of the client. Cloud or subscription solutions (SaaS) are not possible.
Delivery of an OCR system for the recording of train passages ("rail")The subject of the procedure is the delivery and commissioning of an OCR system at the locations specified in the functional specifications for the recording of train passages at a fixed flat rate. With the help of the system, the addresses of the wagons and loading units are to be identified during the passage of trains.
Delivery of an OCR system for the detection of loading units on gantry cranes ("ship")The subject of the procedure is the delivery and commissioning of an OCR system at the locations specified in the functional specifications for the recording and identification of container units during loading with the crane at a fixed flat rate.
Delivery of an OCR system for the recording of truck passages ("road")The subject of the procedure is the delivery and commissioning of an OCR system at the location specified in the functional specification for the recording of truck passages at a fixed flat rate.
With the help of the system, the loading units are to be automatically recognized and identified by means of intelligent software. The OCR system will consist of an in-gate for the detection of the incoming trucks, as well as an out-gate for the detection of the outgoing trucks.
