The subject of the proceedings is "Comprehensive electricity supply and provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of organizational units of the Ostrowski Poviat in 2019" for the entities listed in Annex 2 to the ToR. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Chapter 2 of this Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract and in Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the proceedings is "Comprehensive electricity supply and provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of organizational units of the Ostrowski Poviat in 2019". The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the contract, taking into account the provisions of the Essential Provisions of the Agreement contained in Annex 7 to the ToR. Comprehensive electricity supply and provision of electricity distribution services will take place in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the conditions set out in the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755), executive regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 29.12.2017 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2500, Tariff for electricity distribution services (DSO tariff) and Instructions for the Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network ( IRiESD) of the relevant Distribution System Operator, i.e. Energa Operator SA, Marynarki Polskiej 130, 80-557 Gdańsk. The contractor will be shielded electricity in accordance with the applicable quality standards of customer service specified in executive acts issued on the basis of the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws from 2018, item 755). 10. The total estimated demand (basic order + option) for the comprehensive supply of electricity is 1 939 140 kWh (basic order) and 10% of the basic order, i.e. 193 914 kWh during the period of the subject of the contract, i.e. from 1.1.2019 to on December 31, 2019.
