The benefit includes a 2-year agreement with the possibility of an extension of 1 year plus 1 year, for a total of up to 4 years, on the treatment of household collected plastic waste and food and drink cartons for recycling. The fraction is a total fraction collected in compactor cars. The waste consists of a mixture of hard and soft plastic as well as food and drink carton from municipal collection schemes from villas, townhouses and apartment buildings in Norfors' owner municipalities, Hørsholm municipality, Rudersdal municipality, Allerød municipality, Fredensborg municipality and Helsingør municipality.
