Single-beneficiary framework agreement for project management: rehabilitation - restructuring - extension of buildings without minimum or maximum for a period of 24 months renewable once.

The present consultation concerns: a single-contractor framework agreement for project management with subsequent contracts: rehabilitation - restructuring - extension of buildings. The purpose of this contract is to appoint a project manager to carry out rehabilitation / restructuring or rehabilitation / restructuring / extension work, on all types of buildings and for which the University of Nîmes is the client. The envelope of the amount of work to be carried out by subsequent contract must be less than 5,350,000 EUR excluding tax. In addition, the services of project management relating to the performance of work to secure and maintain the ramparts of the Vauban site are excluded from this framework agreement. The project management missions will be determined as the need arises, taking into account the amounts of investments, the budgetary capacities of the University and the possible phasing. They will be the subject of subsequent contracts, contracts in which the technical and administrative clauses complementary to this framework agreement will be specified in particular.

Place (s) of performance: the buildings located on the territory of the city of Nîmes are located on the four sites of the University of Nîmes:

- Vauban site;

- Carmelite site;

- GIS site;

- Hoche site.

The work to be carried out belongs to the category of building works in reuse or rehabilitation.
