The Cooperation Project ALNO HIP will enable AHS and MGI to establish a capacity to conduct bathymetric survey, data processing, data management and chart production, so that Albania will be able to fulfil its obligations in accordance with Chapter V of the IMO Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) Convention.

The project is building a complete hydrographic production system from surveying to chart production. This tender applies to the data management and chart production parts. A system for bathymetric surveying will be obtained through a separate tender.
