The district administration of Odenwaldkreis has a need for 21 company vehicles. The subject of the tender is 14 electric vehicles LOS 1 and 7 plug-in hybrid vehicles LOS 2 for 36 months each.

The mileage for the LOS 1 and 2 company vehicles is 20,000 km per vehicle per year.

The LOS 1 and 2 vehicles are to be delivered with all-weather tires and winter tire approval M+S and “Alpine” signs (snowflake in stylized mountain).

The minimum requirements for the vehicles are described in the attached specifications. Additional equipment beyond this is permitted, but will not be evaluated.

Electric vehicles for the general vehicle fleet Pure electric vehicles are equipped exclusively with an electric motor and receive their energy from a battery in the vehicle, which in turn is charged via the power grid.

Vehicle according to DIN EN ISO 17409 for electrical safety requirements for the conductive connection of electrically powered road vehicles to an external power source.

Vehicle class: Compact vehicle painting: The vehicles are to be offered in the same vehicle paint at no extra charge.

Charging type and connections: AC charging (AC, mode 2 charging cable - according to DIN EN 62196 standard); charging port “plug” according to IEC 62196 type 2.

Charging via a conventional earthed socket must be ensured.

Plug-in hybrid vehicles for the general fleet A hybrid vehicle combines electric and conventional drive and energy systems. The vehicle is equipped with both an internal combustion engine and an electric motor. If a larger battery is used that can be charged via the mains, it is referred to in English as a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
