The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Czosnów Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Mazovia and the provisions of statutory and local law, in particular Resolution No. XVIII/162/2020 of the Czosnów Commune Council of January 28, 2020 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Czosnów Commune and Resolution No. XVIII/161/2020 of the Czosnów Commune Council of January 28, 2020. The estimated amount of waste during the implementation of the contract is 4 300 Mg.
