This consultation concerns the realization of a new aerial shooting (vertical and oblique) and a Lidar lift in spring - summer 2023 on approximately 650 km².the service will include the following elements:1. Aerial shooting & orthophotography RGB / IRC - the realization of a digital color (vertical and oblique) and infrared (vertical) aerial photography including the provision of shots, flight parameters and shooting - the realization and supply of a color and infrared digital orthophotography2. Lidar and post-processing - the realization and supply of a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and a Digital Elevation Model (Mne) made from an airborne 3d laser survey (Lidar) over the entire area covered - the realization of a classification of the Lidar point cloud.3. Update of the 2018 photogrammetric DTM - entry of slope break lines that did not appear on the photogrammetric DTM provided by the Metropolis according to the rules described in this CCTP (see annex) in order to help update existing data for Greater Lyon. 4. Photomesh - the realization of a photomesh made from the acquired dataThe detailed characteristics of all these services are defined in this CCTP
