The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework service contract for school transport services with driver for pupils of the European School of Brussels I to the swimming pool. Transport must be organised with vehicles that have been judged in good condition in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions by the competent Belgian technical inspection services and which hold a certificate of conformity.

The service includes the following services:

- Transport of children from the two sites of the European School of Brussels I to the Longchamp swimming pool at 1 square de Fré in Uccle, each circuit being insured back and forth;

- Provision of vehicles and personnel necessary for the service;

- The service is carried out by vehicles which have been judged in good condition in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions by the competent Belgian technical inspection services and which hold a certificate of conformity.

The Carrier must carry out its missions with:

- the implementation of sufficient means to meet the objective of result defined for this contract;

- the concern for the quality of the service rendered to users;

- respect for the transmission of information to the competent staff within the European School of Brussels I.

For the organization of this service, each secretariat of the sites of the European School of Brussels I confirms the planning, the necessary stopping points (boarding and disembarking) and the capacity of the vehicle.
