The purpose of this Contract is the selection of companies responsible for the supply and implementation of the technical equipment and human resources necessary for the production and dissemination of the Rugby World Cup Sports Presentation Programme taking place in France in 2023 on eight competition venues. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the Contract takes the form of a single-awarding framework agreement, per lot, with no minimum in value or quantity and with a maximum value of 428,000?
