The aim of public procurement is to conclude framework agreements for the acquisition of IT small funds via e-catalogue.

The contracting authority concludes a framework contract with all tenderers who qualify and whose tenders are conforming. The subject of the framework agreement also includes the delivery of goods purchased to the place of contracting authorities within the Republic of Estonia.

The tenderer shall provide as an offer a list of products offered in the e-catalogue which corresponds to the technical specifications. Providers shall be entitled to change information about products in the e-catalogue throughout the framework contract period, delete and add new products, taking into account the limitations set out in the technical specifications.

Framework agreements concluded as a result of public procurement can be used by all authorities in the area of the Ministry of Social Affairs (indicated in the list of contractors on the “Additional Data of Procurement” tab) to order products.
