This call for tenders was for the procurement of a cryogen-free dilution refrigerator for scientific measurements at milli-Kelvin temperatures. The instrument must include a cold loading system that allows for swift sample exchange without the necessity to warm up the entire instrument, as well as a 3D vector magnet capable of producing magnetic fields of 9T-1T-1T. Experimental wiring including DC wiring, RF wiring and optical fibers must also be part of the offer.

The system must be a turn-key solution including all peripheral devices (vacuum pumps, compressors...) required for operation.
