1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of energy distribution to the premises and facilities of the Ordering Party and street lighting listed in Annex 10 to the SWZ – PPE List

2) The total estimated energy consumption [kWh] in the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 is 967 824.6 kWh for street lighting, premises and facilities located in the Lipno Municipality. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 10 to the SWZ)

3) The condition for the commencement of electricity supply within the indicated (in relation to individual consumption points) is the positive implementation of the procedure of changing the seller, the customer's possession of a valid contract for the provision of electricity distribution services and the effective termination / expiry of the existing contracts for the sale of electricity / comprehensive agreements

4) The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to report on its own behalf and the contracting authorities (customers) contracts for the sale of electricity to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations.
