B. Contract to be awarded
The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:
The supply of class furniture to the Keizer Karel College, including the assembly and the replacement of spare parts. The contractor must choose furniture that complies with the PoR and that best fits the mission / vision of the schools. The furniture must be able to be supplied on demand from 16.7.2019, taking into account a regular delivery time. The Client reserves the right to take the first order from the Tenderer with the highest rating.
The conclusion of a framework agreement between four Contractors and the Client in which the conditions for all assignments to be provided by the Client for the supply of furniture and the provision of related services are laid down during that term.

An agreement is concluded with the Keizer Karel Foundation as principal for the Keizer Karel College and the Alkwin Kollege.
C. Objective of the contract
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with 4 Contractors for the delivery and ready-to-use preparation of school furniture. The Contractor must in any case be able to supply and offer multiple furniture lines within which it is possible for the Client to purchase different variants in dimensions, colors, designs etc.
The furniture service is defined by a furniture line as furniture that fits together from an aesthetic and practical point of view, with the caveat that the tops of the panel furniture must be identical within a furniture line.
The Contract is awarded according to the award criterion Economic Most Advantageous Tender (EMVI).
