3.The contracting authority shall require the lodging of a performance bond. 4.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the public procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract in whole or in part of the contract have not been awarded to it, in accordance with Article 257 of the PPL.

STOP accidents!", in accordance with the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2b to the SWZ and under the conditions specified in the "Model contract", constituting Annex 7b to the SWZ.
