Aukra kommune shall develop and erect a new Arts Centre and swimming pool with a provisional programmed net area of approx. 3 100 m2 and 312.5 m2 water surface.

Aukra Kulturhus og basseng [Aukra Arts Centre and Swimming Pool] will consist of the following primary functions:

— Foyer

— Swimming facility

— Halls with support functions

— Library

— Volunteer Centre

— Cultural School

The procurement process will be carried out in the following steps:

— Pre-qualification and selection of up to 3 contractors who will be invited to submit tender offers,

— Tender offer (turnkey contract) with solution proposal based on the function description with associated room programme) from selected contractors with negotiations.

The contract is divided into the following main phases:

— Interaction phase with preparation of solution proposal to the draft project and completed preliminary project,

— Detailed engineering design and implementation.
