The contract covers the school canteen service that provides for the contractor:
• food supply, including food for people suffering from food intolerances;
• preparation and cooking at the kitchen rooms located in the School of Tito Scalo;
• distribution of meals, including the shedding, to the pupils of the Tito Kindergarten, the Secondary School, the “Cafarelli” Primary School, and the Tito Scalo Kindergarten;
• transport of meals in suitable containers and with procedures in compliance with current health regulations, with shagging and distribution to the relative students;

- distribution of meals, including the shedding, to the pupils of the Tito Kindergarten, the Secondary School, the “Cafarelli” Primary School, and the Tito Scalo Kindergarten;
- transport of meals in suitable containers and with procedures in compliance with current health regulations, with shagging and distribution to the relevant pupils;
- assistance to kindergarten pupils, providing for the cutting of meat and fruit;
- preparation of refectory rooms with tablecloths, glasses, plates and cutlery non-disposable, all in possession of the requirements of the legislation on contact with food (“materials and objects to food contact” MOCA - kitchen and table utensils (containers and containers, food processing machinery, packaging materials, etc.) MOCA are governed by both national and European measures. Regarding Community discipline, Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004;
- cleaning of the kitchen rooms, dishes and canteen rooms in all locations;
- withdrawal and differentiation of waste;
- computerization of data on the collection of the daily attendance of users, and related transmission to the competent office of the Municipality of Tito.
