Competitive tendering of the electricity sales contract for the Ylivieska sub-region, as a result of which the margins and contract terms of the electricity seller are agreed upon. Electrical energy is billed monthly and its price consists of the seller's margins, the Hourly spot delivery and the study of power-based price fixings made to reduce price risk, the transmission system operator Fingrid's current production and consumption volume fee, and Datahub's site-specific fees valid at the time.
