1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste, segregated and non-segregated for the needs of the Border Crossing Service Plant in Korczowa from the area of the road and railway crossing in Medica, in the amount of:
a) Road border crossing in Medica:
• non-segregated municipal waste code 20 03 01 - 276 pcs. – container KP 7, capacity 7 M3,
• packaging made of paper and cardboard code 15 01 01 – 96 pcs. container KP 7, capacity 7 M3 ,
• plastic packaging code 15 01 02 – 48 pcs. - container KP 7, capacity 7 M3,
• glass packaging code 15 01 07 – 6 pcs. container KP 7, capacity 7 M3 ,
(b) Railway border crossing in Medica:
• non-segregated municipal waste code 20 03 01 - 12 pcs. – container KP 7, capacity 7 M3,
c) The Contractor should secure one KP-7 container at the Railway Border Crossing in Medica

c) The Contractor should secure one KP-7 container at the Railway Border Crossing in Medica.
2. The subject of the contract shall be defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) by the code:
90500000-2 Waste Services,
90511000-2 WASTE EXPORT SERVICES.
3. The contract shall cover the collection of waste divided into paper, metals, plastics, glass and non-segregated waste.
4. Waste will be collected in KP7 containers, which will be emptied on notification depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
5. The quantities of waste reported are estimates and are subject to change. The Contracting Authority guarantees that the minimum value of the contract awarded to the Contractor will amount to 50% of the total remuneration specified in the contract.
6. The contractor shall bear the total costs associated with the collection, transport and management of the waste and all other costs of the contract.
7. If, during the collection of waste, damage or destruction of waste containers or containers is damaged or destroyed by the Contractor as a result of their improper use, the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the containers at its own expense or refund the costs for the damaged container or container.
8. The Contractor shall be liable for damage to the property of the Ordering Party or third parties caused during the collection of waste.
9. The Contractor will be obliged to collect waste lying next to containers or containers, if this is the result of his action.
10. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.
11. The Ordering Party requires that invoices be issued with a payment deadline of 21 days from the date of receipt by the Ordering Party of a properly issued VAT invoice.
