The objective of this procurement is to obtain Norwegian Coastal Administration's representatives / Marine Surveyor on-board two different vessels in connection with the execution of support filling. The actual support filling will be carried out by Van Oord Norway AS (the executing party). The expertise procured shall ensure that The Norwegian Coastal Administration receives the correct information from the executing party, including professional evaluations during the operation. Furthermore, the expertise shall ensure that the contract specifications in connection with the support filling are adhered to. This includes the environmental requirements that are set both in connection with the execution of the support filling and afterwards.
