The program will consist of 25 multi-family dwellings with an average living area of 71.16 m 2 by housing, intended for social rental. The number and types of housing will reflect a goal of social diversity by allowing the reception of elderly or disabled people, single people and young couples with children.

The architectural bias will have to be in line with the ambitions displayed throughout the various SERS workshops, the documents of which will be transmitted in 2 e consultation phase.

The accommodations will be of 2 rooms to 5 rooms.
