This Framework Agreement concerns the transport and treatment of land and waste from the remediation of a former landfill located on the Dry Port site in Mouscron. On a concrete slab/tarmac, there are currently three piles (one of earth and two of waste) that must be evacuated.
The waste has already undergone a first screening from which approximately 40% of soil has been extracted, which corresponds +/- to 4,000 m3. The rest, approximately 6,000 m3, consists of clay soil mixed with household waste essentially. Several operations are to be expected for the evacuation of the entire site.
Orders will be carried out as the future of the site evolves and possibly the need to leave valuable land on site for the creation of buffer zones with the neighborhood.
This Framework Agreement shall have a duration of 18 months from the day following the recent date of... (see contract documents)
