The offer must be submitted in plain Finnish and any additional information questions must be submitted in Finnish.

User training at the client's premises must be provided in Finnish.

The operating and maintenance manuals shall be submitted in duplicate in Finnish.

In addition, the customer has the right to reject the tender and suspend the tendering process if the price of the machine to be offered exceeds the appropriation reserved for the procurement.

The tractor excavator must be delivered to the customer registered and inspected.
