The subject matter is the provision by the Contractor of a cafeteria service (hereinafter referred to as "Services") for the employees of the Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as "Employees" or "Users") consisting in the Contractor providing access to the System through the right giving Employees the opportunity to purchase or order services and products belonging to all categories available in the Contractor's System.
