The municipality of Kleinmachnow intends to build a new fire station for the volunteer fire brigade in the street Am Bannwald 1, 1a.

The municipal council decided with printed matter DS-No. 011/22 of 24.03.2022 to make the entire property "Am Bannwald 1/1a" permanently available to the volunteer fire brigade in order to achieve a fundamental improvement in the situation of the fire brigade and to be able to structurally develop a fire station that meets all existing requirements.

On the property there are existing buildings, which must first be dismantled. This is followed by object and specialist planning services until the completion of the entire building. The opening of the building is planned for 2026.

There is a desire to further develop the preliminary design with the close involvement of the comrades of the volunteer fire brigade - and in particular the military command - ideally within the framework of a user workshop.

The planning services will be put out to tender throughout Europe in three lots:

- Lot 1: Building and structural design

- Lot 2: Technical building equipment

- Lot 3: Object and specialist planning services for the outdoor facilities

In addition, there are smaller expert and consulting services that are not put out to tender throughout Europe according to the so-called 20% quota and municipal budget law.

The subject of the local tender in Lot 1 is the planning services of the service descriptions object planning building as well as structural design for the construction of the fire station, including the upstream demolition planning and soil clearances. The object planning building should build on the existing preliminary design and therefore begins from work phase 3 and is to be provided until work phase 9. The structural design usually begins with the performance phase 1 and includes all work phases including the special performance of the monitoring of structures in the execution phase.
