Collection and management of municipal waste from the commune of the city of Skierniewice originating from residential real estate.
Numbering in accordance with the ToR 3.5.1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste as well as the collection and management of municipal waste selectively collected in the following fractions:

- biodegradable waste, with particular regard to bio-waste.

The subject of the contract is collection and utilization (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from the commune of the city of Skierniewice, indicated in the description of the order, from inhabited real estate, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of municipal waste subject to biodegradation sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), the provisions of the Act of 14.12. 2012 on waste (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended), provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution No. XL / 502/17 of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodeship of 20.6.2017. on the adoption of a Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022, including the years 2023-2028, Resolution No. XL / 503/17 The Sejmik of the Lodz Voivodship of 20.6.2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Lodz Voivodship for 2016-2020 including 2023-2028 (Journal of Laws 2017 Łódź Province item 3160, change from 2018 item 3942, item 6393), the provisions of the Regulations to maintain cleanliness and order in the city of Skierniewice introduced by the resolution of the City Council of Skierniewice No. XXXIII / 17/2017 of 26.1.2017 (Journal of Laws of the Lodz Province of 2017, item 858), and provisions Resolution of the City Council of Skierniewice No. XXVI / 108/2016 of 23.6.2016 on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the residents reside, in exchange for the fee paid (Dz. Office of the Łódź Voivodeship from 2016, item 3059, as amended).
Equipment for collecting waste (containers, containers), which will be set up in places of waste collection indicated by the Employer, provides the Contractor.
