Rental coaches with driver for the transport of children and adults, including seniors, for the benefit of the city and the Municipal Center for Social Action (CCAS) Longjumeau. These trips meet the needs of schools, recreation centers and municipal services responsible for school, educational, cultural and recreational outings. Are excluded benefits including the mobilization of a bus for 2 days and more consecutively during a stay for example.

Framework agreement with single-beneficiary purchase orders remunerated by applying the unit prices set out in the appendix to the deed of commitment (BPU) with an annual minimum of 40 000 EUR excluding tax and an annual maximum of 220 000 EUR excluding tax.

The market is broken down into 3 types of services:

- for travel to municipal facilities,

- for the "shuttles" of leisure receptions,

- for school, educational, cultural and leisure outings.

Cars of different capacities must be mobilizable:

- from 9 to 30 places,

- from 31 to 59 seats,

- more than 60 places,

- A capacity of less than 9 places is only available for school, educational, cultural and leisure outings.
