Service concession award for the management, organization and support of the parking space of temporary parking facilities + parking ticket organization for LGS 2022

This service concession award includes: management, organization and support of the parking space of temporary parking facilities and the organisation of parking tickets for the State Garden Show 2022 Neuchâtel am Rhein from 22.04. - 03.10.2022.

Managed parking areas:

parking lot P1 (size approx. 10,000 m²),

parking lot P2 (size approx. 17,000 m²),

Overflow parking for weekends and holidays.

Requirements/services:

The operator has to keep the parking areas available during the State Garden Show in such a way that it is possible to drive on and park on the areas by car, motorhome and bus.

-provision of staff to design parking areas, collect parking fees

-traffic guidance on the parking areas.

- parking ticket machines

- coach management

- Establishment and management of a bicycle parking space/inclusion of the e-bike charging station

- parking - lighting

A total of 730,000 visits by single ticket guests, group travelers and season ticket holders are expected. On 164 opening days, this corresponds to approx. 4,500 beushers per day on average. Approximately 50-70% of visitors are expected to travel by car (non-binding data). The ticket price per day and car is set at €5.00 (including VAT).

The ticket offices of the State Garden Show are open daily from 10:00 to 19:00, and the grounds can be entered until 20:00. It closes at nightfall, and later if necessary at evening events. According to the current state of planning, evening events are expected on about 20 evenings during the duration of the State Horticultural Show.
